We are a Lincoln based company that works for private customers, residential and student rental agents throughout the Lincoln area.
You would be 1 of 7 staff members in a maturing business.
The job will involve the candidate working from an app and completing skilled labourer maintenance tasks at various domestic locations for clients ,as well as working as part of the team on refurbishment projects to all types of properties.
The works will involve general upkeep of a yard area, collecting and moving items, general self motivated tidying of areas, aggregate moving, minor landscaping, slabbing, basic ground civils, grass cutting and hedge trimming, furntiture installing and generally working as part of a great team.
The candidate must come with a varied knowledge of of undertaking the tasks above and be competant to approach them on there own. Having your own tools isn't essential as a full kit is available.
You would be given a tipper vehicle, for work use only, so a full driving license will be required.
We will want 2 references for this position.
You would need to be self motivated, smart phone competent and above all have an approachable manner and appearance.
Mon-fri , to be onsite before 8am and finish around 4.30pm. Overtime and Saturdays are available but not a regular requirement. Saturdays is more often needed through the summer months.
We are ready for an immediate starter but can wait if circumstances don't allow this.
We are looking for this to be a long term post.
