Track Capital Investments Limited is seeking a top-quality part-time, completely in-house Creative Videographer/Video Editor/Photographer/Content Distributor to join our team.

This role will play a crucial part in enhancing our brand presence and engaging our audience through various media platforms. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a deep understanding of storytelling, and the ability to deliver high-quality content.

About Us:
We are a boutique property investment sales agency based in London with a partial remote working team. As a company, we market and introduce our investors to various high-quality residential property investment opportunities from across the UK and the UAE in cities such as Manchester, Birmingham, Liverpool and Dubai to name a few. Fundamentally, we offer a sales and marketing service to property developers thus marketing is one of, if not the most crucial elements of the company.

As a company, we are young and ambitious, with a small close-knit team. Whilst we have high standards of work and performance, we want to enjoy the role and create an uplifting remote working environment for all candidates through teamwork, support, team social events and a positive communication style.

Requirements for the role:

  • Proven experience in videography, video editing, photography, and content creation.
  • Proficiency in video editing software and equipment.
  • Strong storytelling skills and the ability to convey messages effectively through visuals.
  • Knowledge of social media platforms and trends to optimise content for each channel.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality content.
  • Creative mindset and the ability to think outside the box.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Availability to work on-site for 3 days a week, with flexibility for occasional trips.

Responsibilities:

  • Podcast Video and Audio Edit and Distribution: Edit podcast episodes into visually appealing videos and distribute them across various platforms to expand our audience reach.
  • Podcast Short Form Content: Create captivating short-form content for both the company and personal brands, providing engaging snippets to entice viewers.
  • Creative for Ad Campaigns: Develop creative and eye-catching content for ad campaigns, including Facebook Ads, TikTok videos, and other marketing initiatives.
  • General Social Content Production: Utilise developer assets, random stock footage, and previous podcasts to produce compelling social media content that aligns with our brand image.
  • Vlogs for Site Visits: Accompany the team on site visits in Manchester, Liverpool, and other locations, capturing engaging vlogs that showcase our projects and company culture.
  • Official Property/Show Flat Tour Videos: Create professional and visually appealing tour videos of our properties and show flats to attract potential clients.
  • In-Office Videos: Record calls and behind-the-scenes footage to showcase how we help our clients during the selling process and highlight in-house accomplishments and team events.
  • Overseas Trip Documentation: Join the team on trips overseas and document the experiences through videos and photographs, creating exciting content for our audience.

This is an in-house working role for 21 hours per week over 3 days.

The basic salary will be £15 per hour.

Please Note: This is not a freelance position. During your working hours, you will be a full in-house employee, with a dedicated work email and set working times.
